We are looking for a talented and experienced Algo Product Manager to lead some key product domains in our team and be responsible for delivering impactful solutions that will help us revolutionize the transportation industry.
What Youll Do:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our algorithms, routing and machine learning systems
Lead product lifecycle from ideation through technical development, to launch
Develop a short and long-term roadmap for our products by leveraging customer feedback, data, trends, and strategic initiatives
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the prioritization of features and products that will have the most significant impact
Guide our best in class algorithm and developments teams to solve complicated problems by integrating with other product managers across the organization
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience
Experience in algorithms, and/or machine learning based products- a must
Experience leading cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills including Algo and Data-science teams
Strong technical background, with a scientific degree or equivalent experience in complex algorithm-based products
A strong executor with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions
A user-centric approach with the ability to blend technical expertise and UX
Detail-oriented and thorough with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects in a highly fluid work environment
Thrive in fast-paced environments and balance delivery of MVPs with an unwavering commitment to world-class products
A firm believer in a "Data First" philosophy but can also make decisions in ambiguous situations
