Play a key role in defining our developing AI strategy
Gain a deep understanding of the various Elementor product lines, with an emphasis on incorporating AI wherever possible to unlock new business frontiers
Pioneer new developments, from both a technological and business perspective
Test emerging AI abilities, incorporating them into our existing and new services, delivering high-quality products while applying engineering best practices and standards
Oversee end-to-end development, from ideation to production, while working closely with multiple company stakeholders

Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with AI technologies (fine-tuning models, working with OpenAI technologies and frameworks like LangChain)
4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer working in Node.js or Python
Vast knowledge of design patterns, clean code practices, system design, security, and architecture skills
Experience building and maintaining a microservices architecture-based product
Experience in maintaining services in production as well as familiarity with observability and traceability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.
Good understanding of Frontend technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, and React JS
Proficient in MongoDB and MySQL
Experience working in a demanding, high-traffic environment, building optimized, scalable, and secure apps
Previous experience working with MLOPS tools like ArgoCD, SageMaker, and others – Advantage!
