You will collaborate with the Controller and other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, preparation of financial statements, and maintenance of accounting systems and controls. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
What Will You Do?
Assist in the preparation of full monthly Financial Statements including:
Revenue Recognition analyses.
Expense tracking, analysis and accruals.
Fixed Assets.
Receivables, Payables and other General Ledger analytics.
Cash Flow.
Assistance with Regulatory and Statutory reporting.
Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Review financial results, provide variance analysis and investigate and resolve issues.
Cost and other budget analysis reports.
Other analytical reports related to a software company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
CPA from a large accounting firm two to three (2-3) years after internship (Software companies and financial statement preparation experience an advantage).
Strong technical, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Great skills in Excel and ability to work with pivot tables.
Experience in working with Priority ERP system.
English – Mother tongue or very high level; Hebrew Proficiency.
Proactive and can-do attitude.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
