Were looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Manager to cultivate client relationships, develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, generate leads, negotiate contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
This role will report to the Head of Enterprise Account Management, EMEA.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the Enterprise team means your daily responsibilities may include:
Build business cases to establish value
Build enterprise plans and strategies for each account to help the client achieve their business goals
Build trust with customers, leverage multiple use cases, and grow the revenue
Present solutions to prospective clients, taking a customer-centric and value-driven approach to the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, presentation and negotiation.
Consistently follow client and industry news and developments and adapt accordingly
Manage relationships with decision-makers and executives across the client organization

Requirements:
At least 3 years of customer-facing commercial experience.
A strong understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing; including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, Email Marketing, and data solutions.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to persuade, lead, confidently handle, and resolve customer objections.
Comfortable navigating complex evaluation and procurement processes.
Outbound lead generation experience.
Experience working with SaaS data-driven analytics solutions (a plus).
Fluent in English
At least 3 years of customer-facing commercial experience.
