We are looking for a Securities Font Office Expert, who is a team player and passionate about building great products, to join our Securities team.
Responsibilities:
– Respond promptly to transaction requests and investigate transaction complaints.
– Monitor the trading platform to ensure smooth and accurate operation.
– Manage the Securities Front Office Department operations to improve customer experience.
– Provide real-time updates to relevant parties regarding any changes to the market that affect bank trading.
– Monitor and maintain trading functions, controls and trading-related matters to ensure smooth operation.
– Assist in the definition of requirements, data processing, and validation of new partner integration processes.
– Working closely with TASE, brokers and with multiple bank systems.
– Working with interfaces at the Bank (such as: Legal Department, Back Office, developers).

Requirements:
An undergraduate degree in business administration, insurance, finance, economics, or accounting is required.
Licensed investment advisor, or license in investment marketing/portfolio management.
A minimum of 3 years experience in investment firms, banks, etc.
An in-depth understanding of the stock trading life cycle.
Detailed knowledge of the trading world and capital markets (stocks, ETFs, bonds), manly in the TASE (abroad as advantage).
Knowledge of Israeli regulations (Banking regulation, TASE).
Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
Communication skills – the ability to communicate complex subjects to a variety of audiences.
Strong technical skills and ability to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies.
Punctual, precise, thorough, and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of trading concepts and financial markets.
High level of written and spoken English.
The ability to prioritize and work independently.
Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
Flexible working hours (including some Fridays).
