Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Inbound & Outbound SDR Teams:
Set clear goals and expectations, provide ongoing performance feedback, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This includes managing both inbound lead nurturing and qualification, as well as implementing and optimizing outbound prospecting strategies for both SDR teams.
Design & execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) to generate qualified leads for products.
Align lead nurturing & qualification: Streamline the process for nurturing and qualifying leads by collaborating with marketing to ensure a smooth handoff from initial contact to sales qualification across all campaigns including ABM.
Implement coaching programs to improve SDR communication, qualification skills, and overall effectiveness, building a high-performing team.
Leverage sales analytics tools to measure outreach effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize outreach cadence, messaging, and qualification criteria to maximize lead conversion.
