We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead end-to-end module management, translate HR business needs into actionable User Stories, and drive successful implementations across the organization. This role requires strong project management capabilities, deep understanding of HR processes, and hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors environments. A full-time, hybrid position, based in central Israel?Key Responsibilities:
* Gather HR-related needs from the field and translate them into clear and detailed User Stories.
* Manage SAP SuccessFactors modules end-to-end – from initial requirement, through design and specification, to implementation and go-live.
* Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Oversee testing, rollout, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.

* End-to-end ownership of SuccessFactors modules, including design, specification, and implementation.
* Experience working in matrix or cross-functional environments.
* Advantage: familiarity with SuccessFactors configuration or customization.
