The position requires heavy hands-on involvement, implementation of best practices, project management skills, assertiveness, innovation, coping with a fast-paced environment, and using exceptional communication skills.

Hands-On Approach: hands-on involvement in projects and tasks, implementation of business requirements, demonstrating salesforce expertise, mentor other team members, commitment to delivery, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Project Management: work with business stakeholders, leverage extensive experience to design and implement Salesforce solutions for cross-company processes that align with organizational goals. Leverage the latest Salesforce developments and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Work in a high-paced environment: work under pressure, adapt to last-minute changes, be flexible and resilient to adjust strategies and plans as business goals evolve.
Integrations: oversee the development and implementation of interface solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems like Zuora CPQ, Hubspot, DocuSign, ChilliPiper, EverAfter, MixMax, Modjo and more.
