We are looking for a Salesforce System Analyst and a project manager to join our Global Information Systems team.
In this role, you will work closely with the business to provide solutions on the Salesforce platform, supporting Sales, Service, and Marketing domains.
You will play a key role in implementing new features, maintaining the system, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities & Scope of Role:
End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex Information Systems projects from end to end, including all lifecycle stages (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure/maintenance).
Problem Solving: Find creative and effective solutions for complex technical and business challenges.
System Implementation & Configuration: Manage and implement Salesforce configuration tasks, including validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and flows.
Global Support & Enhancement: Work closely with international teams to provide system support, training, gather feedback, and implement system enhancements.
Reporting & Analytics: Create rich, actionable analytic reports for various teams and management.
