Lead and manage wide CRM – Salesforce projects end to end
Define, Manage, and develop a detailed Salesforce project plan to support business growth. From gathering requirements from stakeholders, designing a solution, using our developers for implementation and testing, and maintaining it.
Own business processes – work closely with business partners to understand evolving business processes and translate into SF requirements.
Document, design and test system implementations and launch support of solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Be detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects and tasks.
Provide support for any issues and bugs that are reported on the Salesforce platform
Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for new strategic CRM opportunities
Strong verbal/written and communication skills.

Work independently
Minimum 4 years experience of hands-on working as a salesforce project manager
Business Oriented, Knowledge and understanding of organizational processes, with an emphasis on sales and service processes.
Strong technical knowledge in Salesforce and troubleshooting.
Service-oriented with high importance of working with a variety of customers worldwide.
Multitasking capabilities, Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver timely results
Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills
Positive customer facing attitude
Great team player with good interpersonal skills
Be a proactive, self-motivated and passionate individual
Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
