We are seeking a driven, solution-oriented Salesforce Analyst with a deep understanding of platform architecture and a passion for enhancing business performance. In this role, you wont just be "fixing tickets"-you will be a strategic partner to our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You will translate complex business needs into elegant, scalable technical solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead cross-organizational projects designed to increase efficiency across Sales, BDR, Marketing, and Partner relations.
Work closely with global business leaders to gather requirements, provide system support, and understand the unique nuances of different regional teams.
Architect creative solutions to complex technical challenges, leveraging Salesforces latest features to solve high-impact business problems.
Execute end-to-end configuration, including advanced Flow automation, custom objects, data modeling, and system integrity checks.
Continuously assess our Salesforce instance to identify bottlenecks and implement "best-in-class" improvements that support a rapidly growing SaaS organization.

2 – 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin/Analyst) with a proven track record of impacting business performance.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce design and configuration, specifically Flows, and custom architecture.
Experience working within a global company, supporting remote teams and diverse time zones.
Strong orientation toward SaaS sales cycles (Lead-to-Cash) and marketing funnels.
Ability to manage E2E projects simultaneously, from initial requirement gathering and technical documentation to deployment and training.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science is a significant advantage.
Salesforce Certified Administrator and other Salesforce Certifications – an advantage.
Experience with CaptivateIQ – a strong advantage
Proficiency with Lightning Web Components or the ability to read/write Apex code – an advantage
