Main responsibilities of the position:
Conduct sales courses & training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the sales team.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires to ensure a smooth integration into the sales team.
Familiarize new hires with company policies, values, and sales processes.
Identify areas for improvement in sales skills and develop training initiatives to address them.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Role-play scenarios to help sales teams practice and improve their skills.
Requirements:
Native/fluent English – a must.
Previous immigration sales/ online sales experience a must.
Substantial experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role, to provide practical insights and guidance – a must.
Previous experience in sales training or a similar role – a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences – a must.
Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies – a must.
