* Collaborate with other teams to manage client expectations and deliver high-quality projects.
* Oversee a portfolio of accounts, focusing on renewals and upsell opportunities.
* Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for our company.
* Serve as a customer advocate, collaborating with our Product, Customer Experience, and Tech teams.

* 1-2 years of proven experience as a global sales representative, preferably in B2C.
* Native English speaker.
* Strong knowledge of the sales process and best practices.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Exceptional coaching and sales abilities.
* Strong time management and customer service skills.
* Team player with a positive attitude and high energy.
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
