The position
Sales Ops support constitutes a vital part of the company’s sales team. The successful candidate will support the sales pipeline and sourced projects, create quotations, process orders, monitor payments, and act as an extension of the sales team. An efficient Sales Operations Support contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team to execute project. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, customer service, and operational tasks aimed at supporting the sales team and project execution in a timely manner.
What your job will look like:
Supporting customers projects from kickoff until vehicle production – full cycle
Work closely with our production team on active projects ensuring all activities are commercially covered
Collaborate with team members in Sales, Operations, Finance, production and Mobileye's clients to ensure flawless customer service
Generating quotations for customers, supporting "CRs" (change request) including cost evaluation and payment monitoring
Coordinate with the logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing
Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, escalations and resolving issues promptly
Collaborating with customers and production teams to ensure timely project execution
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular sales reports for management
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest improvements

All you need is
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience from similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – for interacting with customers and internal teams
Good Computer skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Knowledge with Salesforce and Net Suite – an advantage
Responsible and diligent
Strong work ethic
Good Interpersonal skills
