We are hiring a Finance Business Partner who will lead all the financial aspects of our Sales organization and work closely with the executive team and the General Managers of the business units.

You will lead all the Sales, Booking, Renewal, Targets and Commission aspects.
You work closely with Executive team and senior management
The day-to-day:
Act as a thoughtful business partner to the Sales division leadership and provide strategic financial advice to management discussions and influence decisions on resources, operations, programs and key business initiatives
Create and manage annual budget and monthly forecasts with focus on top line related items (e.g. booking, revenue, churn) and other financial KPIs.
Support the long-term financial plan which will form part of the strategic planning process
Be part of the sales quote approval cycle and provide financial feedback and insight with respect to deal profitability, risks and opportunities
Modelling new business opportunities and finding new value creation opportunities to drive profitable growth
Document how plans will drive financial results through thorough scenario modeling and business case presentation
Provide financial analysis and insight to challenge business decision making and trends and analysis of key business items, including all SaaS KPI metrics
Development of management reporting to enhance insights and support ongoing decision making
Work closely with the Finance team to consolidate the financial reporting package

Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in Finance positions in SaaS companies.
BA in Economics/Accounting/Finance/MBA is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Understanding of Revenue Recognition accounting GAAP
Excellent verbal, fluent English, written and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across functions and levels and work in a collaborative style.
These would also be nice:
Experience with Salesforce
Proven work experience in a quantitatively heavy role
Resilience and strength of character to drive adoption of change across the organization and to have the confidence to challenge ideas, current practice and design solutions.
