Position Title: Sales Engineer – Latin America

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to lead our business development efforts across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, a deep understanding of the local market, and proven experience in establishing and managing distribution channels. Native Spanish speaker required. This role involves driving sales to large enterprises and working closely with distributors and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities within Latin American markets by targeting large enterprises and building strategic relationships.
Distributor Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors in key markets. Monitor their performance, provide training, and ensure they meet sales targets.
Technical Expertise: Act as the primary technical advisor to customers, providing detailed product demonstrations and technical insights into our hardware and software solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet regional revenue goals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape in Latin America to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers, understand their technical and business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product management, and customer support teams to ensure successful product deployment and customer satisfaction.
