We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to ensure that our sellers are equipped with content, resources, tools, and training to help them to succeed in the competitive marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of training methodologies and experience in developing and executing sales playbooks and enablement programs for companies selling technical products to large enterprises.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to identify training needs, establish training strategies, plan and execute sales training programs
Coordinate and collaborate with subject matter experts (internal or external) to produce training content. Scope will include product training, competitive landscape, sales playbooks, sales techniques, and sales information systems (e.g. Salesforce, LeanData, LeadIQ, Gong, etc.)
Ensure that content in the content management system is conveniently accessible, well organized, and up-to-date
Work with sales leadership to analyze performance and skillset of sales personnel to determine skill gaps and needs for additional training and growth
Track and analyze all training, content, and courseware usage. Measure impact of enablement programs effectiveness

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales enablement for an enterprise technology solution-based selling environment (software or SaaS preferred)
Proven experience leading sales enablement projects end-to-end with multiple stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional projects, executing on project management and managing multiple priorities
Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
