REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
Calculate, analyze, and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team.
Oversee the end-to-end sales compensation process including sales incentive plan design, administration, monthly calculation, and payout for Global Sales Organization
Partner and work closely with sales leadership, sales operations, finance, and HR teams to execute new and existing sales compensation design.
Assist in implementation, analyst and sales rep training, and rollout of new compensation plans each fiscal year.
Continuously monitor and look for ways to modernize our operational processes, standardization, and automation. Report and identify scalable initiatives to generate a high level of accuracy and efficiency in the end-to-end commission process and increase positive customer experience.
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related areas.
2+ years of experience as a commission analyst in a fast-growing global company
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
Strong proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment.
Outstanding oral and written communication in Hebrew and English.
Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized.
