Responsibilities
Defining and executing the TEST Plans for covering Functional, Business Processes Logics, Usability, UI and Performance tests for BI dashboards, Datasets and Applications
Monitoring and Reviewing and Tracking TEST Plan Projects
Defining and improving QA Processes/ Best Practices
Tracking TEST results and ensuring corrective actions are taken to keep good health of the deliveries
Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Sale Business Analyst
High analytical skills
Understanding of Sales Operation concepts and key performance indicators.
Experience with salesforce advantage
