* Experienced sales manager with a proven track record working with security agencies, MAFAT, the IDF, and defense industries, with a significant advantage for candidates with a technological background in software. OR
* Former career officer (preferably from MAFAT) with experience working with security agencies and a technological background in software, looking to transition into a sales and marketing role in the defense industry. Additional Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial orientation, and deep understanding of marketing and sales processes in the defense industry.
* Strong negotiation skills, the ability to build relationships with strategic clients, and lead complex sales processes.
* Technological mindset and understanding of software systems and technological services, with the ability to identify solutions tailored to client needs. Additional Advantages:
* Familiarity with land forces .
* Previous experience in sales for Rafael – a significant advantage.
Location: Our offices are located in Petah Tikva.
