Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Manage sales communications and schedule meetings.
Maintain uptodate customer records and sales data.
Prepare and distribute sales materials.
Oversee order processing and inventory tracking.
Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and issues.
Collaborate with sales, support, and operations teams.
Support sales campaigns and marketing events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
25 years in sales support or administrative roles (preferred).
Fluency in English with strong written skills (mandatory).
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (mandatory).
Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
Experience with public sector customers and familiarity with IoT and smart cities (preferred).
