This role involves responsibility for defining and improving technological processes, providing technical support to our global production sites, and leading project-based activities including technology transfer from R&D to production and validation processes.
The position includes global support and collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Define, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes.
– Prepare technical documentation for engineering changes.
– Plan, execute, and summarize validation activities for processes, equipment, and systems.
– Transferring products from development to manufacturing.
– Collaborate with global teams to support international operations.
Department: RX LABS.
Reporting to: Engineering Department Manager.
– Bachelor's degree in engineering – Mechanical, Materials, Chemical.
– Proven experience in planning and executing validations, including writing protocols and reports- mandatory.
– Full proficiency in English- reading, writing, and speaking.
– Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
– Experience with CAD software- advantage.
– Familiarity with HMI interfaces and CNC systems- advantage.
