we are looking for a Russian Speaking Senior Relationship Manager
Location: Netanya, Israel
A Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for addressing the complex financial requirements of families and their offices across the globe. Works with a select number of high net worth families and family offices to deliver and oversee a broad range of investment advisory, investment management, custody, banking, fiduciary and tax services.
Here’s what you’ll be up to:
1. Demonstrates sound technical/industry knowledge to support the management and delivery of range of products and services available to Family Office clients from moment of appointment including the transition, analyzing client needs, recommending improvements, and assessing the impact of any newly recommended or additional financial services.
2. Facilitates planning sessions to develop new solutions to client needs. Anticipates or creates opportunities for enhancing client relationships through new products or services or increased consulting activities.
3. Cultivates strong working relationships with client contacts. Demonstrates ability to add value by anticipating possible solutions and partnering with client to implement.
4. Is responsible for all KYC, AML and supporting documentation such as service level descriptions across relationships.
5. Cross sells products/services and leads the development of new solutions to client needs. Coordinates presentations, brings in experts when appropriate, “closes the sale”, ensures smooth delivery of new services, and communicates emerging needs.

1. At least 5 years of relevant investment banking / wealth management direct experience with Russian speaking HNWI clients in the financial or investment sector (private banks, wealth mangers, Investment firms, law firms);
2. You’re a pro in English and Russian. Hebrew is a plus, but not a must;
3. Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance;
