You will be joining the team responsible for our autonomous systems development. You will take part in all aspects of the process – from customer needs mapping and definition, through algorithms design, prototyping and implementation, to production, continuous deployment and support.
Responsibilities – what youll be doing:
Define requirements and lead the development of a photorealistic physical robotic 3D simulation
Collaborate with the Software Developers and Hardware Engineers to develop a digital twin of a robotic vehicle
Incorporate Software-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop methods
Setup and manage infrastructure for continuous testing of the robotic algorithms
Examine the models and algorithms, and be part of the efforts for their constant improvement
BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Computer Science / SW Engineering / EE or related field
Passionate about robotics
In-depth understanding of mechanics and kinematics along with the linear algebra and 3D geometry
3+ years' experience in ROS/ROS2 robotics development (C++)
3+ years' combined hands-on experience in robotic simulation development using one or several of these: Gazebo/ Nvidia Isaac / VRep/ SimMechanics or similar
General knowledge of: Automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, etc.) Robotic sensors and components: LIDAR, Cameras, ultrasonic sensors, Motors, Servos, Linear actuators
