* Hands-on resin formulation of novel resins for 3D DLP printing based with acrylates, epoxies, etc.
* Formulation of composite resins with various fillers and additives (application of dispersion techniques).
* Characterization of formulation and functionality (e.g. dispersion quality, curing characteristics, rheology, surface tension)

Requirements:
* 2nd Degree in Chemistry/ Chemistry engineer . preferably in the field of organic and/or polymer chemistry or education as a chemical lab technician with respective further training and extensive work experience.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of resin formulation and development (epoxy, acrylate, etc.) is a must.
* Profound knowledge of polymer chemistry and material sciences
* Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing, DLP, SLA is a plus.
* Previous experience with laboratory safety regulations is a plus.
* Very good collaborative skills in an international environment
* Friendly and competent appearance to internal and external stakeholders
* Business-fluent English skills.
