Manage lead generation and enrichment operations using tools like Apollo, scraping tools, n&n, Make, and more
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality, assignment logic, and funnel efficiency
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data insights related to sales and business development
Drive experimentation and process improvements across outreach, sequencing, lead scoring, and segmentation
Ensure data hygiene and best practices for accurate and actionable revenue insights
Act as the technical backbone for the sales and business development team, bridging strategy with execution through tooling and automation
25 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (admin-level skills preferred)
Strong familiarity with lead generation and enrichment tools (Apollo, Zoominfo, etc)
Strong no-code integration tools capabilities (Make, n8n, Zapier, etc)
Comfortable building automated workflows and integrations between tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
Background in sales (as a rep, team lead, or close collaborator) is a strong plus
