The Pediatric Hemato-Oncology Research Laboratory is seeking a Lab Manager to lead our research program focused on developing innovative therapies for pediatric blood and cancer disorders.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including managing research staff, equipment, and resources.
– Develop and implement innovative research projects in collaboration with principal investigators.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records.
– Collaborate with other research teams and departments to facilitate knowledge sharing and project advancement.
– Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers and students.

– Strong interest in medical translational science and a passion for pediatric cancer research.
– Expertise in laboratory techniques such as cell culture, flow cytometry, and fluorescence microscopy.
– Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
