As a Technical sales engineer you will contribute to the growth of the current defense portfolio both with new and existing customers in Israel and other regions.
You will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage several major defense accounts in Israel
? Manage some of the European territories
? Identify and seize new business opportunities, positioning Redler Technologies as a preferred partner
? Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to deliver customer needs and develop technical solutions
? Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
? Responsibility and ownership of opportunities creation within your territories and customers.
? Preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
? Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
? Occasional Travel

Requirements:
You Must Have
? 3-7 years of proven technical sales/field experience
? Strong technical skills and knowledge (Practical engineer or bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field are an advantage)
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
? Mandatory English high level of proficiency- spoken and written
