Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, with a focus on development roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and assist with final interviews.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Contribute to employee welfare and administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in managing office operations and administration.

2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the tech industry.
Proven experience in recruiting for development positions.
Strong interviewing skills and experience in candidate evaluation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent English language skills.
Advantage: Experience in employee welfare and administration.
Advantage: Experience in international recruitment.
Advantage: Proficiency in Russian.
2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the tech industry.
