We are looking for a Receptionist & Office admin to join our team and provide assistance and support to employees, plan and execute welfare projects manage the offices requirements, order office equipment, and receive visitors.
The Receptionist & Office admin will report to the HRBP & Talent Acquisition Manager
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
Be the friendly face of our company, our first greeter, and host for visitors.
Act as the focal point of contact for employees, candidates, guests, and suppliers regarding office-related matters.
Handle activities related to office operations such as supplies, food and beverages, employee parking and more.
Plan and execute welfare projects, happy hours, activities like team building, celebrations, holidays, team fun days and more.
Manage the annual well-being program according to budget in collaboration with HR and the well-being team, organizing various activities and introducing fresh ideas for employee welfare.

Requirements:
Experience as an office admin or similar role.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), particularly with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent time management skills, attention to details, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Strong business judgment is needed to interact with a wide variety of internal and external contacts at all levels.
A friendly and approachable person with a great attitude.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube) advantage
Experience with Photoshop and/or Canva advantage.
Willing to work 3 evening shifts per week.
