You will manage program planning, execution, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful product development cycles.
Responsibilities
Lead R&D program management from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with business priorities.
Build and manage development Gantt charts and project plans, tracking progress and dependencies.
Manage tasks, workflows, and reporting in JIRA to support effective collaboration across teams.
Facilitate communication between R&D, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure program alignment.
Identify risks and challenges early, proposing and implementing solutions.
Support continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Computer Science.
13 years of experience in program/project management in the high-tech industry.
Hands-on experience and strong proficiency in JIRA.
Proven experience in building and managing Gantt charts for development projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think both strategically and pragmatically.
