We are looking for a skilled and driven Software Team Leader to spearhead the design and development of a cutting-edge Secrets Management product. In this leadership role, you will influence architectural direction, ensure secure and high-quality code, and lead a team of engineers in delivering a robust, scalable, and secure solution.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of a Secrets Management product.
Manage a team of software engineers across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions that meet defined scope and standards.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align development activities with product priorities.
Mentor and support the team to foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
Champion engineering best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and high-quality design.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of experience leading software teams in a product-oriented environment.
Passion for working with a diverse tech stack, including multiple development languages (e.g., Go, Ruby, Java).
5+ years of hands-on development experience in at least one of the following: Go, Ruby, Java, or Python.
Solid experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to mentor and lead team members with varying levels of expertise.
Skilled at identifying risks, tracking progress, and resolving complex technical challenges.
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building solutions on AWS technologies (EKS, Aurora, IoT, EC2, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
Background in developing enterprise-grade applications within a cloud environment.
