We're looking for an experienced and ambitious R&D Project Manager to join our growing team.
As a R&D Project Manager, you'll be planning and executing multiple projects including technical infrastructure implementations. Youll work closely with R&D, Product Managers and other key stakeholders to ensure a high standard of project execution and on-time delivery.
Youre a great multi-tasker with extraordinary communication skills, highly detail-oriented with the ability to look for important trends that can surface potential issues before they arise in a constantly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with R&D, Product Management, Operations and other functional teams in an extremely dynamic environment to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Lead the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to planning, development, testing and deployment, to ensure successful execution and delivery of new features.
Be responsible for the complex deliverables that involve many departments, manage project plans, dependencies and mitigate risks.
Introduce workflow improvements and provide tools and actions to enable end-to-end value deliveries in a constantly changing Agile environment.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
Apply effective communication and synchronization across technical and business function teams.

2+ years of experience as Project Manager in high-tech.
Proven experience in leading complex End-to-End crossed teams projects.
Thorough understanding of R&D processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Knowledge of Scrum/agile development methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira and other software project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules, all while delivering high-quality products.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to motivate direct and indirect employees and business partners.
Excellent organizational and time management skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
2+ years of experience as Project Manager in high-tech.
