What You’ll Do:
– Spearhead our R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
– Collaborate with product, data, and infrastructure teams to align R&D efforts with strategic goals

– Guide the team in implementing best practices and state-of-the-art research methodologies

– Identify and mitigate technical risks to maintain project timelines and product quality

– Broad knowledge spanning backend and frontend development, QA, DevOps, prompt engineering, and current AI architectures
– Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
– Familiarity with startup environments, emphasizing rapid innovation and scalability
– Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
