The opportunity
The Human Resources Business Partner for Global Regulatory Affairs works with the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and the leadership teams to achieve our people’s highest performance and engagement levels. The HRBP provides expertise in diverse HR practices such as: talent management, organization design and effectiveness, leadership development, change management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, and escalated employee relations issues.
How you’ll spend your day
Build and maintain progressive human resources practices possessing the business insight necessary to influence the company’s performance and business objectives.
Partner with stakeholders to establish a tone for performance and continuous improvement within the Business Units.
Ensures HR programs are aligned to leverage diversity, motivate employee engagement, and reward performance.
Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes.
Collaborate across the HR network and with other organizational stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions.
This is a hybrid working schedule which includes 3 days in the Teva office and 2 days working remotely.
