Lead 3-4 engineering teams through the product life cycle – architecture, design, development, quality and production.
Mentor and advise your team leaders in managing their teams, integrating good development practices and processes around code review, programming methodologies and more

Requirements:
2 years of managerial experience leading at least 2 team leaders.
Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
Experience in JAVA, C# or any other backend programming language
Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
High logical & Analytical abilities. excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
