Senior post silicon validation Eng with strong EE skills responsible for validating BRCM high end switches that have enhanced capabilities. The primary activity is to test the silicon and its interfaces ,develop tools and use them to find design defects.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for validating the silicon and its interfaces' performances over the entire envelope of applicable conditions such as PVT.
Development of the software infrastructure to validate the silicon.
Analyzing the results and document the process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
8+ years related work experience.
Proficiency with debug techniques to isolate and confirm root-cause for software, firmware, and hardware defects.
Hands-on familiarity with digital interfaces such as DDR, PCIe and SerDes.
Know their way around the lab , work with the board/socket that carries the silicon.
Candidate must be a self-starter and must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
