What Youll Be Spending Your Time On:
Build and lead an organization of 30-40 people including team leads, software engineers,
Lead creation of a new platform and support current products and services in the process of modernizing our platform to support business growth and provide solutions for our customers.
Grow and tutor managers, teams and engineers and scale the organization.
Work in an agile environment with a highly professional and capable teams.
Collaborate closely with Product, Architects, SRE DevOps, Operation and other R&D teams to achieve business goals.
Design solutions, evaluate architecture options, set technical direction and quality standards, guide implementation.
Promote personal development while maintaining an innovative culture.
Take ownership of the groups growth and recruiting process.
Effectively manage all resources according to objectives and business needs as well as make the right decisions.

B.Sc in computer science or equivalent – must.
5+ years of managerial experience, leading a large dev group (managing managers) or entire R&D in Small medium company.
5 + years of experience as a developer – all the way from DB to UI (Using C#, .NET -big advantage!, Java, familiar with REST WEB API and Queues).
Broad knowledge and opinions of Microservices architecture, OOP and design patterns.
Experience developing systems (and not just services).
Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React.
Experience in engineering best practices (code-reviews, test coverage, agile methodologies).
Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) Advantage.
Experience with UX design Advantage.
