We are looking for highly motivated, and passionate, Radio (RU) architect for the design and the specification of advanced cellular communication systems for our next generation base-station products.
What you'll do:
Development of PHY and RF Architecture in 4G/5G radio products.
Defining and writing system and feature level requirements for new radio features.
Leading radio and RF development activities from feature development to integration.
Focal point for all PHY and RF related aspects withing the RU domain.
Work in collaboration with various teams such as SW, FPGA, Algorithms, and others.

At least 10 years of experience in developing/defining wireless communication, PHY layer and RF systems.
Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.
Deep understanding of Wireless communication system.
Working experience with RF lab test equipment.
Excellent system level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
Nice to have:
Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of 4G or 5G-NR
Knowledge in FPGA and HW design
M.Sc with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing
Education:
B.Sc in Electrical/Computer Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in developing/defining wireless communication, PHY layer and RF systems.
