Requirements:
BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or similar
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a project or program management role
Wide System overview of multidisciplinary systems (FW\HW) – Mandatory
Background in SW\FW DEV or Integration\Validation – Mandatory
Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion
Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
JIRA For project management and Bugs – Mandatory
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies
Familiar with Automotive\Military Radar operations – high advantage
Familiar with RF products and Automotive industry
ASPICE background – an advantage.
