Build the R D roadmap and effective work plan, coordinating between Product, Edge, Cloud, and Algorithms teams for a synced integrated delivery.
Manage sprint planning, execution, and post-mortem after deriving each sprint goal from both the work plan and field demand by customer representatives. Communicate sprint plans and results in light of work progress to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
BSc. or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering.
10 years of experience as a Project Manager. At least 5 as a development Project Manager in a multi-disciplinary company, with products and services to large-scale markets.
End-to-end experience in JIRA software tools including project setup, workflows, schemes, groups, boards, sprint management, and release management.
