Responsibilities:
Drive research plan all the way from translating complex business requirements to research questions, to communicating actionable results back to the stakeholders
Navigate a complex world with operational, research, financial and regulatory constraints and be able to find creative solutions that satisfy all of these constraints
Apply proper statistical methods and tools to measure results of large scale non-standard clinical trials that we operate
Lead the efforts to rapidly explore, discover and document new sources of data we get; efforts also require understanding the clinical or business logic that govern them and how they should pertain to our system overall.
Contribute to and maintain a repository of analysis code base to be continuously used for delivery of insights internally and externally.

Requirements:
At least three years of experience in a research or a data analysis position, preferably with complex relational databases
B.Sc./M.Sc. in one of the following fields (or similar): statistics, computer science, mathematics, engineering, neuroscience, medical sciences.
Hands-on experience of at least 2 years in Python, including the following libraries: pandas, numpy, stats, sklearn, matplotlib, plotly, seaborn.
Academic level knowledge of statistics (e.g. statistical inference, statistical tests, experiment design, causal inference).
Extensive knowledge and experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience with cloud data platforms and visualizations tools.
