Bachelor's degree / Technician/Engineer, including training in quality
assurance.
Preference for Mechanical Engineer/Technician.
Relevant certification in quality.
Knowledge and familiarity with quality standards and audits.
Proven experience in quality systems in a manufacturing plant –
preference for the metal industry.
Experience and familiarity with quality management and safety
procedures.
Excellent proficiency in all Office programs.
Practical knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
High-level English: reading, writing, and speaking.
Technical background: ability to read and analyze drawings – mandatory.
Ability to work with information systems.
Professional experience:
Experience in a global environment – advantage.
Experience working with law authorities and government bodies –
advantage.
Internal Auditor certification – advantage.
Courses and training in quality.
Familiarity with ERP information systems.
Social Skills:
Assertiveness.
