We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Application team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing, writing test plans, and collaborating closely with our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in QA testing, proficiency in Python, and familiarity with network protocols.
About The Role:
Conduct manual QA testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality
Write comprehensive test plans to effectively assess software functionality and performance
Actively participate in feature kickoff meetings to gain insights into project requirements and expectations
Collaborate closely with the R&D team to understand product architecture and ensure testing coverage
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide clear and concise feedback to developers on identified issues and potential improvements
Document test cases, results, and findings for future reference and analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
Understanding of network protocols
Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
