We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Iverse. As a QA Specialist in the field of Generative AI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge AI solutions as well as ensuring flowless operation of our cloud base solution. Your responsibilities will encompass three key areas:
1. QA Testing:
• Develop comprehensive test plans and protocols to evaluate the functionality, performance, Security and reliability of our Development and Generative AI systems.
• Execute test cases and meticulously document test results, ensuring thorough coverage of all system components.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to track issues, prioritize fixes, and verify resolutions.
• Take ownership of test management processes, ensuring efficient test execution and timely feedback loops.
2. Customer Pilot Operations:
• Facilitate the operation of pilot programs with our valued customers, providing support throughout the pilot lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and iterate on product improvements.
• Monitor the health of the production environment and perform troubleshoot steps to solve production issues.
• Analyze pilot data and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing product features and user experiences.
3. Data Engineering:
• Contribute to data engineering efforts by validating data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing data workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists to refine data models, algorithms, and data processing pipelines.
• Utilize your expertise in data quality assurance to maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
