Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Management of 15 quality auditors. Management of MRB Committees. Leading intral audits and external audits. Leading CAPA processes in the organization. Involvement in development processes and organizational improvement processes from QA point of view.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA management in a production environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and testing processes. Proven track record of leading and managing a QA team. Experience with ISO and other quality certifications. Familiarity with statistical analysis and quality control tools. Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Mechanical / Materials / Aerodynamics / Electricity engineer. Quality engineer-advantage. Lead Auditor certificate. Languages – very good English, Russian advantage.
