The QA Manager is a senior QA professional who leads the QA team, its workload, priorities, work quality, and goals. You will report to the VP R&D and work closely with the Product owner to plan sprints and releases, Tech Support, and Customer Experience to assist with knowledge transfer and troubleshooting.
What you will do:
Take a leading role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product.
Manage, lead, and mentor the QA team with best practices and advanced testing techniques.
Work with the R&D team to test, troubleshoot, and release our product using Scrum methodology.
Ensure support escalations are processed in a timely manner from QA aspects including direct calls with our customers when required.
We are working hybrid 3 times a week in our Jerusalem-based office
5+ years experience in QA testing manual and automated.
2+ years managing a team.
Strong hands-on testing and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with SaaS applications (web and mobile)
Team player, collaborative, communicative, and excellent interpersonal skills
Full proficiency English
Able to attend our Jerusalem office 3 times a week
Able to work flexible hours including US hours as needed.
Value-added skills:
Understanding of framework tools (Git, Cypress, Cloud)
BA/BSc in Engineering/Computer Science or similar
Experience with QA Automation
