You'll work in a #HYBRID mode from the Ramat Gan office, report to the local Senior Manager, Professional Services & Consulting and be responsible for:
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders during onboarding, including welcome calls, weekly calls, and describing the service, tools, and process.
Be the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
Manage customers and ensure clients have the necessary resources and training for successful adoption of our solutions.
Establish success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines for onboarding projects and ensure projects remain on track.
Oversee the daily operations of the project team, including solution architects and implementation engineers.
Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
Maintain project tracking and customer issue documentation within appropriate systems.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions.
Oversee the transition of clients from onboarding to ongoing support.
Schedule the sales – PS handover and make sure the PS team is getting the required information
Work with different teams such as support/product to make sure deliverables are completed on time and there are no blockers
Lead the team to deliver and prioritize crucial activities.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years as a Project Manager from the SaaS or technology industry.
3+ years experience with external client-facing of a global company
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
