we are looking for a Project Manager Japanese speaker
What will you actually be doing?
Define and execute localization strategy and work process focusing on the japanese market
Tracking and monitoring of translation projects, reporting of progress to internal stakeholders
Understand and balance various aspects including: time, capacity, quality.
Ensure the collaboration of cross-functional teams.
Work closely with RnD, Go-To-Market teams and the japanese sales team
Drive, implement and track projects KPIs.

Requirements:
Fluent japanese, English and hebrew – Must
2 years as a PMO in Tech company
Experience in localization standards (advantage)
Excellent ability to plan and organize with high standards and with outstanding attention to detail and priority-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Ability to resolve conflicts.
Proactive, responsible, independent, assertive, quick learner and self-managed.
