A day in the life
Act as the primary point of contact for all MIS projects, providing ongoing support to end-users, and marketing teams, and coordinating with Salesforce developers and third-party vendors.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, overseeing the execution of MIS initiatives across various departments, emphasizing marketing-related MIS projects.
Utilize various sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations and assess innovative solutions for complex workflows, with a mandatory focus on marketing data and systems.
Engage with end-users after project delivery to monitor adoption and benefit realization within the MIS initiatives.
Actively participate in developing business and vendor relationships in the context of MIS initiatives, focusing on marketing requirements.
Utilize knowledge in Marketing Cloud and related systems to enhance and optimize marketing-related MIS projects.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent industry experience (e.g., Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Administration)
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly focusing on MIS projects, with a mandatory emphasis on marketing-related MIS projects
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Experience in implementing and integrating enterprise technologies
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex data and systems-related concepts to various stakeholders
Advantageous experience in the high-tech industry
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM or related systems
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
